Project Overview
As the Main Lead, I spearheaded a large-scale Agent Portal redesign and comprehensive enhancement of the LifeSecure system, leading both the design strategy and project management. This thoughtful transformation modernized the entire agent workflow and significantly improved both agent efficiency and customer experience through user-centered design and Agile methodologies.
The Challenge
LifeSecure's existing Agent Portal presented opportunities for improvement, with interfaces that could better support agent productivity and streamline the insurance application process. The large-scale system would benefit from enhanced user experience design and modernization to better align with current digital standards and improve overall agent and customer satisfaction.
